Ningbo Esteem Consulting Co., Ltd ( “Company”) was established in 2013 who was originally an accounting service company, including services of Accounting & Book-Keeping, Taxes Service, Finance Reporting, and so on. Now the company is also dedicated to collection of receivable debts, especially the receivable debts of foreign banks and companies against Chinese entities and individuals. The company is sponsored, managed and operated by some experienced Chinese accountants and transnational business lawyers in China.

We work to collect and recover transnational debts in China caused by all sorts of transnational commercial contracts of business & commercial loan, personal loan (expat), auto loan, credit card, cargos sales, cargo transportation & forwarding, service, investment, joint venture, and so on, for foreign banks, import and export companies, service-providers, investors against their Chinese business partners and/or delinquent customers by remedies of amicable collection and judiciary collection (litigation and arbitration), while litigation /arbitration cases will be carried on by our cooperation law firm.

我们催收各种由跨境的商业贷款、个人贷款、汽车贷款、信用卡、货物销售、货物运输和代理、服务、投资、合资等商业合同引起的跨境债权，服务对象为国外银行、进出口公司、服务提供商、投资额人，向其中国商业伙伴或违约客户进行催收；催收方式为友好催收和司法催收(诉讼和仲裁)，而诉讼和仲裁工作则由我们的合作的律师事务所负责开展。
